Shipping Policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. You choose your delivery option at checkout, where the price is shown before you pay.

Estimated delivery is counted from when you order and includes the time to dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Once dispatched, most parcels take 2–4 working days to arrive. Delivery times are estimates, so we can't guarantee a date, but we'll help if a parcel is late.

Our stock is sent from two places. Each product page shows which one an item comes from:

• In-House: dispatched from our own stock.
• Sourced For You: dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner.

If your order has items from both, they arrive as two separate parcels, possibly on different days. You only pay for delivery once.

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or it arrives damaged or leaking, email contact@dupeorium.com with your order number (and photos, for damage). We'll trace it with the carrier and send a replacement or give you a refund.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away and we'll try to change it before dispatch.

You can return unused, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first for the right return address. Full details are in our Return Policy.
