We are an independent entity and are strictly not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the designer brands, trademark holders, or original creators of the fragrances our products are inspired by. Any mention of brand names or product names is strictly for comparative and descriptive purposes to indicate the scent profile.

2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if information on the platform is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments & Billing

All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. DupeOrium does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card information on our servers. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygiene and personal nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, DupeOrium and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, your inability to use the platform, or the performance of our products.
